Steps to make 泡椒鹅胗

  • 1.鹅胗洗净,撕去表面的筋膜,冷水入锅,加入姜片,葱段和料酒,开锅后转小火煮30分钟。
  • 2.小米辣泡椒取出,切成辣椒圈,泡椒汁留着备用。
  • 3.将泡椒和泡椒汁放入大碗中。
  • 4.加入适量凉开水,盐和生姜,少许白醋调好味道。(能吃辣的朋友少加一些水,盐要稍微多一点,否则泡好的鹅胗味道太淡)
  • 5.将煮好的鹅胗捞出,切片。
  • 6.将鹅胗放入碗中,倒入适量的泡椒水,浸泡2小时以上入味。
