  • 1.所有材料:腊肉、杏鲍菇、西芹、青蒜、姜片
  • 2.腊肉上蒸锅,蒸20分钟,凉后切片;杏鲍菇洗净切片;西芹、青蒜洗净去根,斜刀切段;姜切片。
  • 3.热锅温油,下姜片及杏鲍菇,杏鲍菇两面煎成焦黄色。
