  • 1.准备主材料
  • 2.姜切片
  • 3.猪肉放入盆内,加入姜,葱
  • 4.加入2勺料酒
  • 5.加一勺盐
  • 6.加入一勺蚝油
  • 7.放入三大勺叉烧酱
  • 8.用手抓揉均匀
  • 9.用牙签在肉肉上扎无数下,让它更容易入味
  • 10.封上保鲜袋,放入冰箱冷藏12小时以上
  • 11.取出腌制好的肉,放入压力锅,放入腌料一起,不用另放水,启动正常的排骨功能
  • 12.这是煮熟的叉烧肉
  • 13.取出,放入不粘锅内,煎二面上色 ps.如果锅里的叉烧汁所剩不多,可以另放的2勺叉烧酱一起煎
  • 14.煎好的叉烧,可以切块了
  • 15.开吃吧~,口感与烤箱做的略有不同,但是一样好吃哦~
