Steps to make 蛋黄饼干

  • 1.准备好材料,低筋面粉过筛
  • 2.全蛋黄加入白糖用电动打蛋器打发
  • 3.打至蛋液体积膨胀
  • 4.打发好的蛋液滴落后花纹不会马上消失
  • 5.把低筋面粉加入蛋黄液中
  • 6.用刮刀从下向往上翻拌,将面粉拌均匀即可
  • 7.将面糊装入裱花袋,袋口剪一个小口,烤盘铺上油纸,在上面挤出圆形的小面糊
  • 8.大小均匀,方便烘烤
  • 9.放入预热好的烤箱里,上火180度,下火140度,烤15分钟即可
  • 10.烤至上色,出炉
  • 11.一次吃不完的饼干可以放入玻璃瓶密封好
