清炒蒜苔

    Steps to make 清炒蒜苔

    • 1.蒜苔摘净,掰成1厘米左右的小段,洗净沥干水份;葱切末;蒜切片;适量泡红辣椒。
    • 2.开火,锅内加入适量的水烧开,加入一勺盐及几滴食用油。
    • 3.将蒜苔倒入锅中焯水,待水再次烧开即可关火,捞出,控水。
    • 4.另起一锅,开火,锅烧热后,在锅内倒入适量食用油,热至7成时将葱、蒜及泡椒倒入锅中翻炒出香味。
    • 5.有香味后,将焯过水的蒜苔倒入锅中继续翻炒2分钟左右。
    • 6.2分钟左右后,在锅中加入盐、鸡精、花椒粉调味,并淋入少许老抽上色即可。
    • 7.最后,再稍稍加以翻炒均匀,即可关火出锅。
    • 8.成品图。很好的下饭菜。
