过年去贵州旅行时带回一串红辣椒,春天取了一个的种子种在阳台上,现在陆续开始收获。贵州的辣椒不同于我们这边的辣椒,它又长又辣,清炒着吃是不可能了,那就做成剁椒,拌面,做菜都可以⋯⋯

  • 白酒1勺

Steps to make 自制青剁椒

  • 1.准备好所有材料
  • 2.沥干水的辣椒切成小丁,不要太碎。
  • 3.切好的辣椒放在干净无水无油的盆中待用
  • 4.生姜、大蒜切成岁末
  • 5.把所有材料都放入盆中
  • 6.全部材料搅拌均匀
  • 7.放入一勺白酒
  • 8.最后放人干净的瓶子里常温下腌制一个星期
  • 9.一个星期后就可以做菜拌面吃了
