Steps to make 春卷

  • 10.捞出晾凉备用
  • 11.面粉放入清水调成糊状备用。
  • 12.把适当的料放入春卷皮中,如图,三边抹上面糊。
  • 13.如图卷起,在尾端再涂点面糊
  • 14.卷起后如图
  • 15.油锅烧开,放入春卷胚炸至淡黄色捞起
  • 16.第一次炸好的春卷如图
  • 17.再下油锅翻炸,炸至金黄色即可
  • 18.完成图
