  • 食盐1/4茶勺

Steps to make 榨菜豆花—几分钟就能做出的美味

  • 1.榨菜豆花的所有原料。
  • 2.豆腐切成均匀的小丁状,装入碗中。
  • 3.放入开水锅中大火蒸3分钟。(豆腐选有盐豆腐,如果是没盐的,可以均匀地稍微在豆腐上撒上少许盐)
  • 4.把榨菜改刀切成细丁。
  • 5.把虾米洗净,其他配料均切成细丁。
  • 6.锅中热油,把葱姜切成碎末,放入锅中煸香。
  • 7.加入切好的肉末,调入1/4茶勺的盐。
  • 8.翻炒至肉末变色。
  • 9.加入榨菜末、香菇末、虾米。
  • 10.调入少许白糖、鸡精、虾油,翻炒至熟。
  • 11.把炒好的榨菜馅料,倒入盛豆腐的碗中即可食用。
