Steps to make 凉拌西瓜皮

  • 1.先来处理西瓜皮,把西瓜皮切成大块,用水果刀片掉残存的瓜瓤,片不到的地方用刀尖刮除。
  • 2.翻过来用刨皮刀把西瓜皮的绿色外皮刨掉。
  • 3.切成1MM厚的薄片(丝)。
  • 4.再准备适量胡萝卜丝和调味品:白砂糖、六月鲜12克轻盐昆布酱油、味达美臻品清香米醋各1大勺。
  • 5.西瓜皮丝倒入一大勺白砂糖腌制半小时。
  • 6.胡萝卜丝开水焯熟。
  • 7.再调个料汁:小碗中倒入一大勺味达美臻品清香米醋,一大勺六月鲜12克轻盐昆布酱油
  • 8.西瓜皮丝和胡萝卜丝倒入大碗,淋入调好的料汁搅拌均匀即成,如果放冰箱冷藏冰镇会更美味。
  • 9.装盘上桌,酸中带甜,甜中带咸,冰凉清爽,真正的夏日开胃菜!
