孔雀开屏鱼(花开富贵)

Steps to make 孔雀开屏鱼(花开富贵)

  • 1.去头尾,鳍剪掉。用盐两茶匙,白胡椒一茶匙,食用油一汤匙腌渍十分钟。
  • 2.切成片(要薄点,肚子那里不要切断,上面要完全切断)。
  • 3.以肚子为中心散开,头摆在中间,浇两勺蒸鱼豉油。
  • 4.上锅蒸五分钟,虚蒸两分钟,用葱花,青红辣椒装饰即可。
  • 5.做法类似之前的清蒸鱼,只是没有泼油。
  • 6.因为鱼切开了,很多刺被切断,所以吃的时候不是那么方便,要小心小刺卡喉咙,小孩子还是只吃肚皮那里为好。
