  • 黑木耳少许
  • 生姜3片
  • 葱绿4段
  • 料酒1勺
  • 食盐1小勺

Steps to make 莲藕排骨汤

  • 1.准备好食材,黑木耳在浸泡中,就没有拍了。
  • 2.先给排骨焯水:排骨洗干净放入清水锅中,大火煮沸撇去浮沫后捞出,再用流水清洗干净。
  • 3.把洗好的排骨放入砂锅中,加葱段、姜片和足够量的清水,盖盖大火煮。
  • 4.煮开后加入一勺料酒去腥增香,然后盖上盖子,转小火炖20分钟。
  • 5.这时来处理配菜:木耳洗净,撕小朵;胡萝卜切片,莲藕去皮,洗净切块;备用。
  • 6.然后把木耳和藕块放进砂锅中,加盖大火。
  • 7.煮开后再转小火炖20分钟,再把胡萝卜片放进去煮个3、5分钟。
  • 8.最后根据自家口味放适量的盐调味即可。
  • 9.盛入碗中,撒上葱花和香菜,就可以开吃了。
  • 10.莲藕粉糯香甜,不发黑。
  • 11.排骨酥香软烂又好吃。
