Steps to make 油焖大虾

  • 1.从市场买来的青虾一斤。
  • 2.用干净的剪刀剪去虾枪、虾须,去掉沙线,然后加少许料酒腌制一下去腥。
  • 3.葱姜切小段备用。
  • 4.锅热后放入比平时炒菜略多一点的花生油。
  • 5.油热后放入腌制好的虾。
  • 6.待虾的一面变红后放入葱姜丝,然后翻面。
  • 7.倒入由白糖、白醋、生抽、盐调制好的汁,焖2-3分钟左右。
  • 8.看汤汁收的差不多即可出锅开吃了。
