炝菜花——多一步骤更有滋味

Steps to make 炝菜花——多一步骤更有滋味

  • 1.材料:菜花1颗,花椒10粒,干辣椒1个(不需辣可不要),盐、食用油适量。
  • 2.菜花摘大朵泡洗干净。
  • 3.洗净的菜花朵沥水再摘成小朵这样洗出的菜更大可能保留营养素。
  • 4.锅加水烧开下入菜花。
  • 5.3分钟后捞出放入凉水中过凉。
  • 6.凉透沥净水分。
  • 7.放入容器加一茶匙食盐,调拌均匀腌制15分钟,滗去汁水。
  • 8.起锅预热加入食用油入花椒、辣椒(我家有小宝没放),小火炸香。
  • 9.捞出花椒、辣椒,留底油在锅底。
  • 10.下入菜花大火快速翻炒均匀,出锅。
  • 11.成品爽脆香味浓郁。
