  • 小米椒5个
  • 大蒜8粒
  • 香葱1棵
  • 6块
  • 植物油5g
  • 生抽2勺
  • 蒸鱼豉油1勺
  • 老抽少许
  • 蚝油1勺

Steps to make 捞汁花甲

  • 1.冷水下锅放入姜片+料酒,加入花甲。
  • 2.大火煮滚,花甲开口即可。
  • 3.用冷水冲洗干净。
  • 4.只要有肉肉的一半,摆放好。
  • 5.姜末+蒜末+辣椒碎+白芝麻+葱花。
  • 6.淋入滚油,冷却后加入香醋、生抽、老抽、蚝油、蒸鱼豉油,搅拌均匀,如果觉得料汁少了,可以适量添加白开水搅拌均匀。
  • 7.将料汁淋在花甲上,放冰箱冷藏一个小时更加入味。
