  • 1.主要原料。
  • 2.先切葱花、姜末备用。
  • 3.把五花肉切成薄片备用。
  • 4.炒勺上火烧热,注入花生油。
  • 5.油热煎炸豆腐。
  • 6.豆腐煎炸到两面金黄捞出备用。
  • 7.煎好的豆腐备用。
  • 8.另起锅,锅中留底油煸炒五花肉片。
  • 9.肉片煸透下入葱花和姜末煸炒。
  • 10.葱姜煸出香味儿后,下入木耳煸炒。
  • 11.然后,烹入黄酒。
  • 12.然后,烹入酱油炒匀。
  • 13.炒匀后倒入适量的清水烧开。
  • 14.汤开后下入事先炸好的豆腐炒匀。
  • 15.然后,盖上锅盖,焖制3分钟。
  • 16.焖制3分别钟后,用胡椒粉和鸡粉调味炒匀。
  • 17.适量鸡粉。
  • 18.最后用适量的水淀粉勾芡。
  • 19.芡汁糊化后倒入黄瓜片炒匀。
  • 20.然后,滴入几滴香油便可出锅码盘上桌享用。
