Steps to make 鸡腿肉焖香菇

  • 1.香菇浸泡后洗干净,去蒂。我这是准备多的,拿出几个炒豆干,剩下的全部焖鸡肉。
  • 2.然后切厚片。
  • 3.鸡腿肉用姜片和少许酱油抓匀腌制一下。
  • 4.起锅烧油,姜片爆香后把鸡肉倒进去。
  • 5.不停炒。
  • 6.炒大约一分钟,鸡腿肉变白色,这时候加点老抽、生抽,继续翻炒半分钟。
  • 7.然后倒香菇块进去。
  • 8.翻炒一分钟。
  • 9.加少量水,盖盖焖煮10-12分钟。。
  • 10.开盖,翻炒几下。加点盐,勾芡汁,大火收汁。
  • 11.倒进砂锅里可以较好保温,口感好。葱洗干净,切碎,撒在表面点缀。搞定。骨头少,肉多,口感好的鸡腿肉焖香菇就做好了。
