    Steps to make 冰糖葫芦

    • 1.山楂冲洗干净后放淡盐水中浸泡十分钟左右
    • 2.用竹签或者牙签串起山楂(去不去核自己定)
    • 3.准备一个干净无水的盘子,用刷子在盘子里抹一层油防粘
    • 4.一小碗清水加一大块冰糖放在锅内煮
    • 5.煮至收汁起大泡,冰糖液焦黄,感觉快拔丝的状态,关火
    • 6.将山楂快速从冰糖液中滚一圈,然后放在刷过油的盘子里
    • 7.稍微冷却,上面的糖会变硬就可以吃啦,酸酸甜甜
