  • 1.将全麦面粉和饺子粉按2:1的比例混合,加入适量的水;

  • 8.擀成圆片后中间包入西葫芦肉馅;
  • 9.将上面捏紧, 两边不必封口,同样的方法将其他的锅贴包好备用;
  • 10.烧热锅, 将锅贴摆放好, 再加入适量的水和油;
  • 11.盖上盖, 稍微煮上三、四分钟, 揭开盖, 大火收汁;
