自制原味花生酱
花生的营养价值很高,就连被称为高级营养品的一些动物性食品,如鸡蛋、牛奶、肉类等,在花生面前也甘拜下风。花生的热量也高于肉类,比牛奶高20%,比鸡蛋高40%,其它如蛋白质、钙、磷、钾、铁等也都比牛奶、肉、蛋高。
我把花生做成了花生酱,吃法就更多了。拌面条、抹馒头、做烧饼、做面包、做饼干……想怎么吃就怎么吃啦!

Steps to make 自制原味花生酱

  • 1.红皮花生米铺在不粘烤盘内,铺平一层就可以,尽量不重叠
  • 2. 放进预热好的烤箱中层,150度,30分钟左右
  • 3.待花生米表皮干燥、花生仁微黄飘香,便可出炉,可从烤盘中倒入小筐中进行冷却,将剩下的花生米继续入烤盘中,进烤箱烤熟
  • 4.花生米晾凉后,用手轻轻一搓便可去掉红皮,如果有少量的红皮残留在花生米上也不要紧
  • 5.玻璃瓶和盖子入凉水锅中,煮开十分钟
  • 6.放在晾架上,瓶口朝下,控干水,千万不要用纸巾或者手布去擦里面噢,那样做会有二次污染的
  • 7.取适量的花生米入破壁机中,选择相应的程序和时间、功率
  • 8. 花生米被打成了花生碎,可以用搅拌棒伸进杯中略微搅拌一下
  • 9.根据实际情况倒入少许花生油,使花生酱能够很顺畅地转动起来,这样做也是对机器的保护
  • 10.花生酱打好啦,可以倒入瓶中保存
  • 11.花生酱入小瓶中,随吃随取
  • 12.香香浓浓的,很棒
