Steps to make 巴蜀烤鱼 德普烘焙实验室

  • 1.首先把黑鱼处理干净;
  • 2.开花刀,用料酒,盐,花椒,姜片,腌制2~3小时;
  • 3.把配料切好备用;
  • 4.把腌制好的鱼放烤箱,烘烤档210度烤制30分钟,再关掉底加热档再烤5分钟,这样烤出的鱼皮更酥脆;
  • 5.鱼烤到25分钟的时候就可以炒配菜了,锅里放油,放大蒜子,豆瓣酱,干辣椒段,辣椒粉,姜片,花椒入油锅炸香,再放入土豆,炒2分钟,再依次放入青红椒,洋葱,花菜,金针菇,炒到5成熟即可;
  • 6.把炒好的配菜直接倒入烤鱼的烤盘上,把鱼全部盖住,重新放入烤箱烘焙档再烤7~10分钟;
  • 7.取出烤鱼装盘;
