  • 低粉120g
  • 鸡蛋1个

  • 1/4小勺
  • 燕麦片30g
  • 小苏打1/2小勺

Steps to make 借着奖励消灭最后一口花生酱【花生酱燕麦小酥饼】

  • 1.将油倒入容器中,加入糖和盐混充分搅拌。
  • 2.磕入一个鸡蛋,用打蛋器打至糖融化。
  • 3.加入花生酱,搅打均匀。
  • 4.事前混合好小苏打和低粉,筛入混合好的花生酱中。
  • 5.用刮刀将面粉和花生酱拌匀。(搅拌至没有干粉即可,无需过多搅拌)
  • 6.加入事前敲碎的燕麦片。
  • 7.将燕麦片和面团拌均匀。
  • 8.取适量大小的面团团成球状,排入烤盘,压扁后自然出花边。
  • 9.入烤箱中层160度烤20分钟左右。
