Steps to make 老婆饼

  • 1.先来做馅料,把水、黄油、细砂糖、盐,倒入小锅中小火煮;
  • 2.到细砂糖和黄油融化并开始沸腾;
  • 3.然后加入椰蓉、熟糯米粉和白芝麻,搅拌均匀;
  • 4.馅料就做好了,放在一边盖上保鲜膜备用;
  • 5.然后做油皮,全部材料放入盆中;
  • 6.揉成光滑的面团,盖上保鲜膜;
  • 7. 再做油酥部分:所有材料放入盆中;
  • 8.抓揉成团即可;
  • 9.把油皮和油酥都分成10个;
  • 10.盖上保鲜膜备用
  • 11.把一个油皮擀开包上一个油酥;
  • 12.全部包好收口朝下,盖上保鲜膜;
  • 13.然后取一个擀开成一个牛舌状;
  • 14.由一头卷起来;
  • 15.全部卷好盖上保鲜膜静止20分钟;
  • 16.取出一个擀开;
  • 17.成为一个细长条;
  • 18.再由一头卷起来;
  • 19.全部卷好之后盖上保鲜膜静止20分钟;
  • 20.把椰蓉馅分成10份;
  • 21.取一个面团,中间按压下去;
  • 22.两边向中间折,压扁;
  • 23.擀成一个圆片,包入一个椰蓉馅;
  • 24.收口朝下,按扁,放在烤盘上;
  • 25.表面刷一层蛋黄液,用刀片割出几道口子;
  • 26.表面撒白芝麻,送入预热好170度的烤箱中层,大约烤25分钟;
  • 27.当当当当~出炉后的成品。
