糍粑是糯米制品,糍粑是用熟糯米饭放到石槽里用石锤捣成泥状制作而成,和年糕类似,只是要经过千锤百炼。煎炸过的糍粑蘸白糖后吃起来甜香软糯,很美味。
擂茶,就是把茶叶、芝麻、花生、炒熟的糯米等原料放进擂钵里研磨而成的饮品。擂茶茶味纯,香气浓,不仅能生津止渴,而且还有健脾养胃,滋补长寿之功能。第一次品尝擂茶,非常喜欢它的味道。

Steps to make 油煎糍粑配擂茶

  • 1.1汤匙的白糖中加入红色素搓匀成为彩糖。
  • 2.糍粑从包装袋中取出。
  • 3.锅内放入少许油烧至7成热。
  • 4.放入糍粑。
  • 5.中火煎至糍粑两面金黄。
  • 6.盛入盘中。
  • 7.表面撒入白糖和彩糖。
  • 8.擂茶粉倒入杯中。
  • 9.冲入滚开的水。
  • 10.用小勺调匀即可。
