  • 4.开盖后,用筷子能够轻易穿过,即熟了,捞出放凉 。
  • 5.碗中准备姜末、蒜末、 葱花、 辣椒圈、 香辣烧烤粉 。
  • 6.再准备点香菜段。
  • 7.碗内浇上热油 。
  • 8.再加入香菜、酱油、陈醋、胡椒粉 、鸡精,再盛入两勺鸡汤拌匀。
  • 9.放凉的鸡斩成块,装盘 。
  • 10.成品。浇上酱汁,再放点花生米即可,非常开胃的一道菜 。
