Steps to make 白芝麻餐包

  • 1.所有原料按先液体后粉类最后放酵母的顺序依次放入面包桶,黄油除外。糖跟盐成对角放入。
  • 2.启动一个和面程序20分钟后揉出粗膜。
  • 3.加入黄油再启动一个和面程序30分钟,揉出细腻的手膜。
  • 4.整圆形放回面包桶上面盖上保鲜膜。
  • 5.发酵至原来的两倍,用手指沾粉戳面不会回缩就好了。
  • 6.拿出面包桶倒扣在空中晃几下就拿整个掉出来,排气,分成五分装入汉堡坯进行第二次发酵。
  • 7.同样发酵至两倍大。
  • 8.刷上留下的那点蛋液,洒上白芝麻,入烤箱中层170度,烤15分钟。
  • 9.明早的汉堡坯5个小胖胖出炉了。
