Steps to make 奶香蔬菜曲奇

  • 1.黄油室温软化。
  • 2.胡萝卜切成小丁备用。
  • 3.将软化好的黄油加入糖粉和细砂糖打到顺滑颜色发白。
  • 4.加入牛奶打匀。
  • 5.加入蛋液打匀。
  • 6.加入切好的胡萝卜丁翻拌均匀。
  • 7.筛入低粉翻拌均匀后,整成自己喜欢的形状放入冰箱冷藏至面团变硬容易切片。
  • 8.将冷藏好的面团切片。(我切了长方形和正方形两种)
  • 9.将切好的饼干片摆入烤盘,中间要留出空隙。放入烤箱中层180度15分钟左右
