Steps to make 咸香酥脆的咸蛋黄脆皮虾

  • 1.虾摘头去虾线用厨房剪开背。
  • 2.放入料酒,生姜,白胡椒抓匀腌制一下去腥。
  • 3.放入一勺淀粉拌匀。
  • 4.锅内放适量油,把虾煎熟。
  • 5.煎到两面金黄酥脆捞出。
  • 6.锅里留底油,放两勺咸蛋黄酱。
  • 7.炒到蛋黄冒小泡泡的时候放入虾。
  • 8.再加入盐。
  • 9.翻炒均匀就可以出锅啦!
  • 10.咸香酥脆,好吃到舔手指。
