香烤秋刀鱼
在青岛很少能在市场上买到秋刀鱼,
这大概与当地人对秋刀鱼的不认知有点关系,
我吃过几次秋刀鱼,也都是在酒店里,
从未在菜市场上买过;
好久没去超市,周五超市人不多,
得空赶紧去,去买我的小麦胚芽;
今天真巧,超市里有秋刀鱼,
价格还不贵,不到15元一斤,
总共就六条,都被我装回来演练演练;

Steps to make 香烤秋刀鱼

  • 1.秋刀鱼放在流水下冲洗干净,用剪刀把鱼鳃的中间剪断,在鱼身的下部剪断鱼肠子,用手往外一拽,掏出鱼肠子,冲洗干净;这样处理保持鱼肚完整;
  • 2.把配料中的材料除油之外,全部倒入小碗里,搅拌均匀,盐要多放一点,比炖三条鱼的量要多;
  • 3.把酱汁顺着鱼鳃的位置倒进鱼肚里,余下的酱汁全部倒进鱼盆里,让每条鱼的二面都沾满酱汁,腌制20分钟左右;
  • 4.烤箱预热200度,烤盘铺锡纸,秋刀鱼放烤架上,放之前鱼二面都刷一层油;
  • 5.烤架放在烤盘上面,200度烤15分钟,取出的时候,慢慢从烤架上拿下来,装盘,开动;
