父亲节的礼物——{日式炸豆腐}
看看过去发的菜谱日志,菜名都起的好长哇。。。  这次化繁为简,菜如其名。

喜欢吃豆制品,绝对是受爸爸的影响,虽然我从来也是个不挑食的孩子。每次家里做豆腐,爸爸总会说,豆腐吃了对身体好呀! 然后就会给我夹上好几块…… 这道菜算送给爸爸父亲节的礼物之一~

豆腐的做法有很多,酱味的、麻辣的、清淡的、红油的…… 这次来介绍一个适合夏季做的简单不油腻的吃法,虽然要油炸,但是吃在嘴里完全不会有油腻的感觉,大概是酱汁帮了大忙吧!咬一口, 外酥内软,口感Q弹,酱汁鲜中带甜,还有丝淡淡的酒香~

做这道菜要选稍硬好成型的豆腐,出来金黄金黄的,很是可爱~

    Steps to make 父亲节的礼物——{日式炸豆腐}

    • 1.豆腐洗净、切块
    • 2.淡味鲜酱油和清水、日式味淋的比例为:1:4:1/2. 如果家里没有味淋,有个代替的办法:红糖+米酒
    • 3.酱汁调匀加姜丝煮开备用
    • 4.胡萝卜切碎末,几张海苔备用
    • 5.准备蛋液、低筋面粉
    • 6.豆腐块裹蛋液,然后裹上低筋面粉备用
    • 7.锅内油烧热,放豆腐块炸至金黄膨胀捞出。淋上酱汁,撒上胡萝卜碎、海苔碎即可
    • 8.香香的豆腐味呀~~~~~
