  • 姜末1茶匙
  • 蒜末1茶匙
  • 葱末1大匙
  • 胡椒粉一小匙
  • 料酒1大匙

Steps to make 牡蛎萝卜清汤

  • 1.牡蛎放在盐水里,用手轻轻搅拌,这样可使粘在牡蛎身上的很多杂质掉下来,用清水冲洗,再一颗一颗的檢察,去除粘在牡蛎身上较大的壳並沥干水分备用
  • 2.萝卜削皮,刨成丝备用
  • 3.干辣椒去籽切成丝
  • 4.汤锅中放入2000cc的清水煮沸,沸滚后把萝卜丝放入,加入一茶匙的盐和鸡粉,让萝卜丝入味
  • 5.放入切好的干辣椒丝,可使汤喝起来有刺刺的辣味
  • 6.等到萝卜丝软了,入味了再用汤勺把牡蛎一勺一勺地放入汤里煮沸
  • 7.捞出浮沫,加点料酒
  • 8.加入葱沫蒜末,胡椒粉,再用盐调味即可上桌。
