Steps to make 营养豆花

  • 1.泡豆6-8个小时,晚上睡前泡豆,早上做,时间刚刚好
  • 2.豆浆机放豆和水,启动“果蔬键”打磨豆浆,我分两锅打磨的,每次打磨三遍,让豆浆磨得更细
  • 3.用棉纱布过滤豆浆,两锅都打完后,收集到所有豆浆,用过滤网再过滤2遍
  • 4.将过滤好的豆浆放锅里,大火烧开
  • 5.小碗里放入4克内酯和少许凉水融化成液体
  • 6.将融化好的内酯溶液放入大盆中,将烧开的豆浆凉到80-90度后,浇入大盆中间位置,扣上锅盖保温
  • 7.15-20分钟后,豆浆凝固成豆花,很细腻,肤如凝脂,很弹!
  • 8.将材料洗净
  • 9.猪肉洗净
  • 10.猪肉切颗粒,香菇切片
  • 11.青椒和胡萝卜切颗粒
  • 12.葱和香菜切碎
  • 13.热油下锅,放入肉,香菇片,胡萝卜,葱末,花椒面,盐 翻炒
  • 14.放青椒粒,老抽和醋,调味
  • 15.加入高汤
  • 16.调匀后烧开即可,喜欢的还可以用水淀粉勾芡,我不喜欢勾芡的粘稠,所以就省了
