  • 1.把油皮材料中除了猪油全部倒入和面盆用筷子搅匀
  • 2.移至揉面垫揉大概十分钟后加入油皮用的猪油继续揉
  • 3.揉至面团可以拉出薄膜即可
  • 4.收圆盖好保鲜膜
  • 5.现在制作油酥:油酥材料和匀即可
  • 6.两个面团盖上保鲜膜松弛半小时
  • 7.松弛后各自分成四等份
  • 8.取一份油皮压扁后包入一份油酥
  • 9.像包包子一样包好收口朝下,盖上保鲜膜松弛二十分钟
  • 10.松弛后取一份酥皮面团用按扁后用擀面杖擀开
  • 11.卷起,全部擀卷好盖上保鲜膜松弛二十分钟
  • 12.松弛后取一份油酥卷压扁后竖放
  • 13.用擀面杖擀开卷起
  • 14.全部擀卷好盖上保鲜膜松弛二十分钟
  • 15.松弛后取一份油酥卷用利刀一分为二
  • 16.切口朝上
  • 17.取一份切好的油酥压扁包入绿豆馅,包好收口朝下
  • 18.按扁后用利刀切六刀
  • 19.再划十二小刀,记得不切断
  • 20.捏一下边缘
  • 21.全部整理好放入不粘烤盘
  • 22.中心位置点上少许蛋黄液撒点芝麻
  • 23.送入上下火180度预热好的烤箱中层,烤制25分钟即可
