紅棗核桃蛋糕(簡易版)

  • 紅棗30g
  • 自發粉150g
  • 紅糖40g
  • 雞蛋1个
  • 植物油40g
  • 110ml
  • 紅棗3颗
  • 核桃3颗
  • 白芝麻適量

Steps to make 紅棗核桃蛋糕(簡易版)

  • 1.除了水,全部材料放入盆里。
  • 2.把紅棗洗乾淨放入破壁機里加入50ml水打成棗泥。
  • 3.把棗泥倒入盆里攪拌均勻。
  • 4.攪拌至順滑旡粉粒即可。
  • 5.烤盆放上烘焙紙。
  • 6.倒入粉漿,把裝飾用的紅棗合桃剪碎耍在粉漿面(預熱烤箱180度5分鐘)。
  • 7.放入烤箱200度烤20分鐘(下層),20分鐘到轉160度10分鐘左右(中層)注意表面不要烤焦。
  • 8.紅棗滋補養血,好吃又營養,加入蛋糕中增添醇厚香甜的滋味。
