Steps to make 花式鸡蛋

  • 1.一杯面粉放入碗中,加入少量的清水,用筷子搅拌成比较稠的面糊。
  • 2.接着再分次加入清水,搅拌成比较稀的面糊。这样操作面粉不容易出面疙瘩,很容易就搅拌开。
  • 3.根据个人的口味调入适量的盐,放一点点植物油,搅拌均匀,放入盛面糊的容器中。
  • 4.薄饼机接通电源提前预热,将薄饼机的正面朝下,在面糊中蘸一下。
  • 5.轻轻晃动一下,使薄饼机中多余的面糊低落下去,将薄饼机翻转过来,十几秒钟面糊慢慢烙熟。
  • 6.面糊中不放油也是可以的,烙出来的薄饼一点都不沾。
  • 7.两个鸡蛋磕了碗中放入火腿丁,香葱末,少许盐,一点点胡椒粉,搅拌均匀。
  • 8.将薄饼放入一个大小合适的容器中,再将鸡蛋液盛入到薄饼中。容器中记得刷点油防粘。
  • 9.烤箱提前预热,将小铁锅放入烤箱中层140度,嫩烤10分钟左右。
  • 10.出锅后表面可以滴几滴生抽。
  • 11.滑滑嫩嫩口感极好,不爱吃鸡蛋的小朋友这次一顿吃了两个。
  • 12.少油少盐,即使减肥期间也能吃。
