好长时间没做大盘鸡了,好香啊,辣的很过瘾的,那个味道很好很好的。做起来其实也不是很复杂的

    Steps to make 香辣大盘鸡

    • 1.土豆削皮,洗净,切成滚刀块,待用。
    • 2.葱切成段,姜切片,还有蒜、枸杞、花椒、八角、大料。
    • 3.鸡块洗净,有水焯一下,拂去血沫,捞出后用温水清洗把血沫冲洗干净。
    • 4.热锅凉油,放入2小勺白糖,一定要用小火,直到冒小泡泡然后放入2勺豆瓣酱爆香(只拍了放白糖的图片,豆瓣酱的忘记拍了呜呜)。
    • 5.然后迅速倒入焯好水的鸡块,翻炒,上糖色,之后依次放入酱油、花椒、八角、大盘鸡料、干辣椒、葱段、姜片、蒜、枸杞。要多翻炒一会哦。
    • 6.加入水,没过鸡块就可以了,一定要用热水啊,然后就有中火慢慢的炖吧。大概需要20分钟左右。
    • 7.20分钟过去了,水也炖的差不多了,然后倒入切好的土豆块,翻下,大概炖10分钟就可以了。
    • 8.之后放入盐,调到自己需要的口味(建议少放点,因为豆瓣酱、酱油很咸的),让入味精,翻炒。出锅了。
