Steps to make 罗宋汤

  • 1.食材集合。
  • 2.牛腩切小块。
  • 3.牛肉放入冷水锅中煮出血末,撇去浮末,捞出牛肉。
  • 4.放入炖锅中,加入热水煮一个小时。(高压锅约40分钟)
  • 5.面粉炒到微黄取出备用。
  • 6.大头菜切小块。
  • 7.西红柿去皮切小块。
  • 8.土豆、胡萝卜、元葱都切块。
  • 9.锅中加入少许食用油和黄油炒到融化。
  • 10.下入元葱煸炒出香味。
  • 11.下入西红柿煸炒出汤汁。
  • 12.下入胡萝卜和土豆块继续编炒。
  • 13.最后下入大头菜煸炒。
  • 14.将煮好的牛肉连汤一同倒入锅内,炖煮三十分钟。
  • 15.撒入炒好的面粉搅拌均匀,继续炖煮约二十分钟。
  • 16.最后出锅前加入黑胡椒粉和精盐。
  • 17.牛肉酥烂,汤汁醇厚,营养美味一碗好汤。
