酸奶小面包
第一次自制酸奶,没喝完,正好要做面包,以前也常买酸奶做,这次用的自制的,味道依旧的好。

  • 酸奶100克
  • 牛奶50克
  • 80至90克
  • 黄油20克
  • 玉米油20克
  • 2克
  • 100克
  • 酵母5克
  • 蛋液30克

Steps to make 酸奶小面包

  • 1.除了黄油玉米油其他全部放入面包机,和面24分钟左右。停2分钟加油再加玉米油黄油和22分左右。
  • 2.和好拿出来试下手套膜。等待一次发酵。我一般不借助外力温度发酵,采取室温自然发酵。室温不同发酵时间会不尽相同。
  • 3.我一般一发都超过2.5倍大。
  • 4.分成16等分。二个烤盘。
  • 5.二次发酵好,一定要看到很肿胖才可以。室温25度自然发酵大概要1.30时—2时左右。表面刷蛋液,烤箱175度,15-18分左右。距自己烤箱查看。
  • 6.一盘撒表面撒的芝麻。
  • 7.这盘表面撒的紫薯片碎末
