  • 1.制作材料:杏鲍菇2个,胡萝卜1小段,大蒜半头调料:鲍鱼汁1调羹,生抽1调羹,糖半匙,高汤1汤匙。
  • 2.杏鲍菇洗净切片。
  • 3.然后在杏鲍菇片剞十字花。
  • 4.全部切好的素鲍片。
  • 5.热锅放油,先把菇片煎一下。
  • 6.我是用电饼铛,饼铛双面抹油盖盖3-5分钟即可。
  • 7.煎好的杏鲍菇。
  • 8.准备好高汤(*没有可用水代替)。

  • 15.最后调入2匙鲍鱼汁。
  • 16.翻炒匀停火即可。
