Steps to make 凉拌万年青

  • 1.在超市或菜场购买的万年青干经过清水清洗完之后再浸泡30分钟左右。
  • 2.用手挤干水分备用。
  • 3.烧一锅水,待水开后将浸泡好的万年青干放进去绰水,绰水时间不宜太长,约5秒即可,时间太长万年青就不脆了。
  • 4.捞出万年青沥干水分备用。
  • 5.加入适量蒜末。
  • 6.加入适量食盐。
  • 7.加入适量细砂糖。
  • 8.加入李锦记凉拌汁。
  • 9.淋上适量的橄榄油。
  • 10.撒上适量黑胡椒粉。
  • 11.最后撒上适量白芝麻并用筷子将所有食材搅拌均匀。
  • 12.为了好看可以用一小碗装满万年青,并用勺子将万年青压平圆形倒扣在盘中间,最后点缀上碎花生仁即可食用。
