Steps to make 韭黄炒蛋

  • 1.韭黄用清水洗干净,切成大约3厘米左右的小段。
  • 2.鸡蛋两个打入碗中,往鸡蛋里加一勺清水,然后再将蛋液搅散,这样炒出来的鸡蛋体积会变得蓬松,口感上也会更软嫩。
  • 3.接下来准备炒鸡蛋,把油锅烧热,油温尽量高一些,趁热倒入鸡蛋液,然后用筷子缓缓搅动,这样炒出来的鸡蛋口感嫩,待蛋液凝固就可以先盛出来了,不要把鸡蛋炒焦。
  • 4.锅中再加入少许油,烧热以后倒入韭黄快速翻炒大约几十秒钟,看到韭黄断生就可以了,韭黄断生后赶快倒入鸡蛋,翻炒均匀。
  • 5.鸡蛋倒进来后撒入少许食盐调味,快速翻匀即可出锅。
