  • 干米粉2盘
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 胡萝卜100克
  • 香菇3朵
  • 生抽1勺

Steps to make 炒米粉

  • 1.食材都准备好
  • 2.蒜薹、胡萝卜、香菇切好备用
  • 3.鸡蛋打散,然后炒熟,盛出备用
  • 4.干米粉用凉水泡软,大概泡10分钟左右
  • 5.炒锅里放油,放入葱花炝锅
  • 6.倒入切好的蒜薹胡萝卜和香菇
  • 7.加入一勺生抽
  • 8.加入一勺盐调味
  • 9.翻炒一下
  • 10.放入泡软的米粉,快速翻炒
  • 11.最后炒熟的时候,倒入提前炒好的鸡蛋,再翻炒一下出锅即可
  • 12.米粉就炒好了
