Steps to make 自制五香腊肉

  • 1.准备好猪肉,切成700克左右的长条状,清洗干净,用厨房纸吸干水分(这次没买到五花肉,有合适的五花肉做腊肉会更好)。
  • 2.放入盆中,加适量的盐、桂皮、八角、香叶、冰糖。
  • 3.加一瓶五香酱油(酱油提前烧开,晾凉),翻拌均匀。
  • 4.密封保存,腌3-4天入味,期间每天都要早晚翻动两次,使之入味均匀。
  • 5.时间结束后,用线穿起,太阳下☀️晾晒半个月。
