水信玄饼

盐渍樱花4朵
白砂糖15克
白凉粉8克
水200克
黑糖浆适量
熟黄豆粉适量
信玄饼是日本的一种传统小吃
是用糯米粉做成软年糕后沾上黄豆粉吃的
一家日本点心店用琼脂代替糯米粉
制作出了像水晶球一样透明的“水信玄饼”
再配上时令调料
简直完美~

Steps to make 【手绘食谱】水信玄饼 — 最温柔与梦幻的和菓子

  • 1.浸泡盐渍樱花,去除盐渍,泡开樱花即可~
  • 2.将水,白凉粉,细砂糖,倒入锅中,小火不停的搅拌,至全部融化后,关火静止2分钟~
  • 3.将溶液倒入圆形模具中,把泡开的樱花用镊子夹入溶液中,微微按压,让花瓣舒展开~
  • 4.盖上模具盖子,在模具顶端的开口处插入漏斗,倒入7成满溶液,静置一小时即可,可以搭配一点,熟黄豆粉,黑糖浆一起食用~
