Steps to make 家常炖菜

  • 1.腐竹、粉条、干香菇。
  • 2.蒜苗、牛肉丸。
  • 3.将腐竹、粉条、干香菇放温水中泡发。
  • 4.泡发好后清洗干净,切好食材,再备几个干辣椒。
  • 5.除了蒜苗和干辣椒,将所有食材放入锅内,加适量的水炖10分钟。
  • 6.取炒锅热油,炒香干辣椒。
  • 7.再放入蒜苗。
  • 8.炒至变色铲起备用。
  • 9.10分钟后,开盖加入盐、胡椒粉、豆瓣酱调味。
  • 10.倒入蒜苗再炖5分钟即可。
  • 11.成品。天凉来一锅,全身暖乎乎。
