美味的蜜汁叉烧
家里两MM喜欢吃叉烧,不过,外面卖的叉烧都很瘦,她们喜欢吃肥叉,说那才有味道,呵呵。看来得自己做了。其实做叉烧也不难,只要选的材料好,加上一瓶叉烧酱,火候掌握的好,那就行了。

Steps to make 美味的蜜汁叉烧

  • 1.将五花肉去皮。
  • 2.用叉烧酱两汤匙,生抽1汤匙,蜂蜜1汤匙做成调料,把肉涂抹均匀,然后一起放入冰箱腌制一晚。
  • 3.将肉切两段,放在垫了锡纸的烤盘上,入烤箱200度烤30分钟。
  • 4.期间,翻动几次,使其能烤均匀,并抹多几次腌肉的汁液。
  • 5.出炉了。
  • 6.将蜜汁叉烧切片装碟就行了。
