Steps to make 老虎虾带子蒸粉丝

  • 1.老虎虾剥壳,虾尾和对上一节的壳留用,去虾肠。
  • 2.带子解冻,用1大匙生抽腌一下,使其有底味。
  • 3.粉丝泡软,开水烫一下。
  • 4.粉丝放入1大匙生抽拌匀。
  • 5.把虾仁,带子铺放在粉丝上。
  • 6.葱花备用。
  • 7.蒜和姜剁碎碎。
  • 8.小锅放入2大匙油,把姜蒜末爆出香味,放入1茶匙盐拌匀。。
  • 9.把姜蒜末均匀放在虾仁带子上,放入开水锅,大火蒸6分钟。
  • 10.撒上葱花,继续蒸1分钟。
  • 11.出锅。(想更香的话可以浇上一勺热油,但为了健康,还是少吃点油吧。)
  • 12.鲜美的海鲜合蒸。
