玫瑰豆沙广式月饼

  • 玉米油30克
  • 枧水3克
  • 玫瑰酱三勺
  • 蛋黄液少许

Steps to make 玫瑰豆沙广式月饼

  • 1.向豆沙馅中加两三勺玫瑰酱,用勺子搅拌一下,将红豆沙与玫瑰酱混合均匀。
  • 2.将馅料搓成均匀的小球状备用。
  • 3.将枧水和糖浆混和均匀。
  • 4.加入玉米油,搅拌均匀。
  • 5.筛入低粉。
  • 6.用刮刀拌匀。
  • 7.用手揉成光滑的面团,盖上保鲜膜静置一个小时。
  • 8.将面团分成10等份,搓圆。
  • 9.取一份面团,按成小碗状,放入馅料。
  • 10.四周向上推,收口。
  • 11.收口后略微整形,拍上少许干面粉。
  • 12.放入月饼模子。
  • 13.在烤盘中压出来,烤盘提前铺一层油纸。
  • 14.送进预热好的烤箱,上下火200度烤5分钟。
  • 15.取出在月饼表面刷一层蛋黄液(蛋黄加一小勺清水调匀)。
  • 16.再送入烤箱,改成160度上下火烤十分钟.烘烤时间和温度并不是绝对的,根据自家烤箱的脾气和月饼大小而定,最好是看着烤,过火了颜色会深表面会裂。
  • 17.出炉晾凉后放进袋子里密封放置一两天进行回油。
  • 18.放置一两天后月饼表面油润润的,颜色和光泽都很好看,而且变得软一些,不像刚出炉时又干又硬的,这就可以吃了。
