Steps to make 挂霜花生

  • 1.准备材料
  • 2.锅里放油烧热
  • 3.炒花生,可以用烤箱我没有
  • 4.我的花生炒的现在看刚好,但是放在锅里炒糖的时候就有点过了
  • 5.淀粉放锅里炒熟,要不然有生粉的味道
  • 6.糖和水倒进锅里,开中火把糖熬话,在开小火慢慢熬
  • 7.熬到糖液变粘稠,表面起大泡
  • 8.倒入花生翻炒让每颗花生都沾上糖,由于这一步锅里反应比较快,忘记拍炒花生的图,而且图片拍的也不清楚
  • 9.炒成这样就可以了,我是新手大神们会裹上更多的糖霜
  • 10.吃吧!
