干丝,婆婆这里只有用百页,就是豆腐皮切丝后就是叫它干丝,可是,更有一道有名的烫干丝,原来是用白豆干做成了。好吧,菜场也就有这么一家白豆干,我就买点来试试吧。还真不错呢,虽然切的不太好。哈哈。

  • 6.锅里烧开水。
  • 7.用开水淋在干丝上,把干丝烫三遍。
  • 8.淋上蒸鱼豉油和麻油。
  • 9. 锅里热油。
  • 10.10、把热油淋上即可。
