酸菜猪肉炖粉条
这道菜,有些酸,但是很开胃,隔一段时间,就想吃一次换换口味。不同的人有不同的做法,有喜欢加点辣椒,也有喜欢加点八角,我选择用料最少,但是也最原汁原味的吃法。

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.五花肉切片,葱切段,酸菜清洗,粉条用热水泡软。
  • 3.锅里加油,把葱爆香。
  • 4.加入肉片翻炒。
  • 5.加入酸菜,继续翻炒。
  • 6.加入适量的水,和粉条,大火炖。
  • 7.锅里的汤烧开,再炖10分钟,期间加入适量的盐。
  • 8.出锅前,加入少量鸡精调味。
  • 9.撒上青蒜叶,出锅享用。
